RETURN POLICY

Sales cannot be cancelled or returned after merchandise has been delivered or picked up. If an item is received damaged from the manufacturer, it must be reported to the store within 72 hours. If it is still in its original packaging and damages confirmed by the store, it will be exchanged with the same or equal value merchandise. It may take up to 45 days if out of stock.

LIMITED WARRANTY

National Discount does not offer warranties other than the manufacturer warranties that are given by the manufacturer and serviced through the manufacturer. Fabrics are never guaranteed for durability, color fastness or shrinkage by the manufacturers and therefore National Discount does not offer such warranty or guarantees. Please be aware that this limited warranty and applicable state law provides specific legal rights. Please inspect all merchandise at the loading dock. National Discount is not responsible for damages resulting from sub-contracted deliveries or damages resulting from customers who fail to properly secure or transport their merchandise. Customers will have 72 hours from receipt to report any damages to merchandise or they will be deemed invalid.

The contractual provisions of this transaction shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the store of purchase is located.
